I was taught knitting by my grandmother and i enjoy knitting blankets for those in need and in domestic violence i also put beautiful messages on them to sent out to the world. Knitting is an action i can do so i can relax myself and is very calming and peaceful for me as a domestic violence survivor. I donate a lot of these to those in need both for men and woman who both can be victims of domestic violence. i also sell some of these on my websites and advertise these when ready on the websites the money goes back into the charity to help more people. Every blanket is different and original. If you would like to help me i have about 30 blankets knitted that i need to buy the backing material for and get sewn up and you can donate on the charity website for this to help me to get these out to those in need in the community. i am currently buying the wool from my own funds but if you have any spare wool then this would helpful too.
