Earth Star Chakra

I have done the following courses light worker and Reiki Master, Genome healer, Life coaching, Neuro Linguistic programming, Matrix Therapies, and Face reading, Domestic violence, Anger management, self esteem courses and child care training at university and have worked in a child care setting. I am using the information that i have found helpful to me to put into my blogs to help others in need who have experienced domestic violence. If you don’t love yourself and connect with your inner knowledge for truth then you will be unable to love anyone else so having a good understanding of how our chakras are and why we need these be open and clear then this will help you to have a healthy, happy relationship and to see what way you need to go so that you will not be in domestic violence. Knowledge is key so the more you understand and see how it all relates to having a great happy life the better you will do. Those in domestic violence will have their heart blocked and may need to re- open their throat chakra from the abuse they have gone through or are going through. It is a good idea for you to work on all your chakras so they are all open and you have a healthier life and know what to do to open these. So i hope this information is helpful to you and allows you to have a better life without violence to feel more balanced and whole in your being. This chakra is located 6-12 inches below our feet

It is a bronze, copper, brownish or reddish brown colour. It can appear different colours to different people who see and feel it. Having no element connected with it as it is beyond the elemental field and is placed in the fourth dimension. This chakra connects us to the earth energy and helps to ground us to mother nature, it anchors us and keeps us feeling safe and rooting security to the earth energy. We also receive the wisdom from the earth in downloads or upgrades through this chakra when it is open for us. We feel grounded, whole, safe and

complete in all ways. A sense of belonging to the earth our world and ourselves. We feel and believe we have the right to be here and alive, to feel safe in ourselves and in our world. With this chakra open we connect to mother earth feel her pain and wisdom her knowledge that she gives us. We also connect to the angels of the earth like the fairies and angelic beings of earth. We receive messages from them to use in our life so it is better for us. This chakra helps to hold up all the chakras we have in our body along with the root chakra. We feel the soil below our feet and the energy, the power of this, the core of the earth in our beingness. This chakras symbol is seen as a downward pointing pyramid, a star tetrahedron, a merkaba, which is a complex shape formed by two interlocking tetrahedron creating balance and integration of spirit and matter. This a powerful energy field that is below our feet. It anchors us holds and supports us so we feel grounded, safe in our space, our body and is connected to our auric field around our body. It holds us in our physical world with the earthy realm. We feel stable, strong, connected to our world and the material world with this chakra open and free. This chakra holds 68.03 hertz frequency. With this chakra we are grounded and connected to the earth energy in a beautiful loving way. We connect to the core of mother earths energy. We have a sense of safety, security, stability in our physical existence. We also release negative and toxic energy from our aura down into this chakra into the earth below us from our day and from the universal consciousness. We feel and connect to our physical world, to mother nature and we feel all her power and energy that she gives us. With this chakra we anchor into our etheric body connecting with the earths energy that is below us to hold us firm within her being.

 

When This Chakra Is Activated

We have a heightened connection to the earth and mother nature so we feel grounded, safe, secure in ourselves. We are able to be present in ourselves and our world, to stand our ground, to be whole and complete in our own being. Able to be engaged in our life in a positive and a healthy way. Having a increase of awareness of our world and what is around and under us. We see our physical world or environment and all emotional burdens that are held here and we are able to let go of all of these. We are aligned to the energy of mother earth’s core in a powerful and healing way. We feel a healthy exchange of energy inside of us from this. We draw earth’s energy into ourselves to heal and balance us from this. Feeling connected to ourselves in all ways possible.

When Unaligned and Shut Down We Feel

We feel unsafe in ourselves, in our being, in our world, on the earth space, feeling unsure, not safe, not grounded and whole, complete. Not showing up in presence in your own life. Feeling disconnected from the environment around and under you. Not holding your own truth and standing in your own power, not feeling strong and balanced. Not being committed to your own life’s journey you are on. Feeling upset, angry, agitated, un-powered, untruth,

not connected, in your own power, shut down, integrity with yourself, unstable, not aligned to yourself and your own truth that you hold, not in flow energy. Feeling tired and worn out, having fragility and out of touch of the energy of the earth, unbalanced on earth and the world around you. Not being able to feel mother natures energy and messages.

To Help Activate This Chakra

Use mindfulness, crystals, affirmations, meditations, visualisations, breathing exercises, drumming, toning, energy work, being in nature, cat purrs, connecting to the earth, grounding practices, touching trees, listening to the birds in the trees, walking in nature, swimming in the ocean or streams. Listening to the music tones at 68.05.

Crystals to use for this chakra are the golden, brown, smoky, quartz, copper and metallic covered stones.

Affirmations To Use

I connect deeply with the heart of the earth.

I hold the core of mother earth in my earth space.

I have the right to know all earthy wisdom that is sent to me from mother earth.

It is safe for me to walk the planet and to live with my purpose.

Visualisation For This Chakra

Find a quite place to sit and close your eyes get centred and go to your heart space. See you heart space open and feel love in your heart space. Now send this love out to all parts of your body and into the cells and organs of your body. You can also send this love out to those you love and in your neighbourhood or even the world. Now connect with the space of this chakra below your feet in the earth. Find the star tetrahedron, a merkaba that is in this chakra. This merkaba creates balance and a integration of your spirit and matter that is in your world when this chakra is open for you. See this event happening in your minds eye this tetrahedron is open and is operating as it should be for you. Anchor this energy deep into the ground for you with a anchor placed firmly into mother earths core. Feel the energy of the 6805 hertz in and around your energy field and body. Any toxic, low frequency energy we will ask the angels to send down into the earth to the central fire be transformed again filling up the buckets with the misguided energy and carrying them away. We will also ask them to send in some healing colour rays and cobalt blue energy into the void to fill this for us. We feel whole, grounded with our core going into the ground, safe, loved, protected, balanced and fully standing in our own power. We feel the strength of our world that is around us. We are connected to mother nature, the earth, our world and we are fully present and grounded to mother natures core energy. We hear her messages that she sends to us her wisdom she gives us.
