Universal Chakra

This chakra is our 10^th chakra it is above our head above the Stella Gateway Chakra. The symbol for this chakra is a mandala which is a circular symbol with an intricate design. You will see it as a pearl white ray of light. It holds the power of the universe and the interconnectedness of all things there are. With this chakra open and balanced we can connect all chakras in our body together in sin-ck so they operate out of love energy in a powerful system for us. This chakra is linked to our crown chakra just above our head and it holds pure consciousness energy. It is the link for our divine matrix that we are connected to from the creator god source energy. This chakra governs all aspects of our universe and our being. With this chakra open we are balancing our male and female energies as one powerful energy inside us so both feel heard and loved by each other both are in their own power. We are able to tap into each of these with ease so they feel heard, loved and supported in every way and love the qualities of both these energies. We feel divine consciousness with this chakra open and flowing and is a gateway to a higher guidance, spiritual wisdom which then holds deep understanding of your purpose in your life. This chakra works beyond the physical universe that we live in and is very connected in the spiritual realm for us. This chakra holds a frequency of 470 Hz and is associated with the concept of a universal energy that is in our chakras. It resonates very much with oneness of all that is and connection of everything that is in the universe. The colour of this chakra is violet or a pure white ray of light. It holds connection to the cosmic harmonics and with a sense of global consciousness of all in the universe. To open this chakra you can use singing bowls, energy healing, music, chanting, yoga, mediation, tuning forks, muscle relaxation processes, affirmations, crystals or visualisations. When this chakra is open this chakra will create a sense of unity and connection with everything that is in our universe. This chakra is connected to our spiritual growth in our life and with the universe that we live in. This chakra holds the portal to the limitless flow of all creation when it is activated you will align to your light being with your physical being this will result in complete harmony to yourself and the universe.

Visualisation to do

Find a quite place to sit or lay down close your eyes connect with your heart space. See this open for you and send love throughout your body to all cells and organs in your body so you are in complete love energy and at peace. Visualise bright pure light that is golden in ray or could be ind-sent this is above your head and we see in our minds eye this going in through your head and see this light eloping you completely covering your body and aura. Now see your male and female cells of all of your body systems and cells all hug each other in love feeling balanced and whole with love notes going throughout your body so love is radiating into every cell in your body. Both male and female cells feel loved, supported and accepted for who they are and what they do for you every day. We send thanks to this parts of us for what it does for us. Your body is now a ball of light and love in every cell, organ, body system, skin, hair follicle or nail that you have this radiates out into your aura field and covers you in love. Now centre yourself and ground yourself back into your body with a cord, a root going down into the ground below you. Now open your eyes and move your body you can also stamp your feet a couple of times to help ground you now go on with your day. You can use a intention in this visualisation that you find powerful for you if you wish.

I am connected to the archangels, the ascended masters and god in all ways.
