I have done the following courses light worker and Reiki Master, Genome healer, Life coaching, Neuro Linguistic programming, Matrix Therapies, and Face reading, Domestic violence, Anger management, self esteem courses and child care training at university and have worked in a child care setting. I am using the information that i have found helpful to me to put into my blogs to help others in need who have experienced domestic violence. If you don’t love yourself and connect with your inner knowledge for truth then you will be unable to love anyone else so having a good understanding of how our chakras and auras function and why we need these be open and clear then this will help you to have a healthy, happy relationships and to see what way you need to go so that you will not be in domestic violence. Knowledge is key so the more you understand and see how it all relates to having a great happy life the better you will do. Those in domestic violence will have their heart blocked and may need to re- open their throat chakra from the abuse they have gone through or are going through. It is a good idea for you to work on all your chakras and auras so they are all open and you have a healthier life and know what to do to open these. Having a clear aura without any tears, rips, dirt, dust and entities will help you to protect yourself and keep yourself safe emotionally. So i hope this information is helpful to you and allows you to have a better life without violence to feel more balanced and whole in your being. This aura is three to eight inches from the physical body. It corresponds to the solar plexus chakra in the body. The mental body is composed of a fine substance associate with thoughts processes. It contains the structure of our ideas and within this field can be seen thought forms which are seen as blobs of various brightness and forms. These forms may also have colours that interweave with them which actually emanates from the emotional level. The colours represent the emotion that is attached to the thought form. This body is mostly yellow in colour emanating brightly around the head, shoulders and extending around the whole body. There is a lower mental body and upper mental body. They are two aspects of the energetic layer. The lower level is to do with our conscious intellectual abilities and the upper level being more to do with our higher mental capabilities of which we may be less aware. The lower mental auric body relates to our everyday intellectual capabilities and activities.
In the higher mental auric body we access higher intellectual knowledge, the wisdom and information available to us in the collective consciousness of human consciousness. The spark of an idea, the use of creativity, the inspiration behind the pursuit of ideas, all of these originate from this energy body. When this auric body is developed though increased awareness, personal growth and creative visualisation it can be extremely powerful in connecting with your purpose in life. It can give you a very strong and balanced perspective on your life. Mental imbalances caused by any kind of drug use will be reflected here and show the damage into this auric field. This mental body gives us the ability to have thoughts, beliefs, concepts and refined psychic abilities such as psychometric, spiritual clairvoyance and spiritual discernment. This is the third layer in the aura and it contains beautiful fractal patterns like a crystal or even a snowflake. These patterns store all of a person’s patterns of thinking, belief systems and metal processes. These though systems are created by individuals upbring and their surrounding culture. The patterns that are stored within the mental body creates the framework that each of us uses to define ourselves and the reality as a whole of what we see as our world. The mental body is connected to the physical plane and the solar plexus chakra, the seal of personal willpower and our physical energy. One of the key principles of quantum physics is that our thoughts determine reality. Our observations of matter influence how our world is shaped this then becomes our world view or life map. Our mind switches into auto pilot mode often so we can then carry on doing other tasks quickly and accurately without any conscious thoughts happening for us. If the mental body could speak it would say “The world is who you think it is!”
Speak Kindly To Your Aura Activity
The way you speak to yourself matters. You may be taught to control your most repressed energies by scolding or speaking down to them in your head. Perhaps as a blue aura your sensitivity is perceived as weakness, or as a green aura your ability to see the big picture makes it difficult to fit in socially. Your aura can give insight into your communication patterns and an awareness of how to strengthen and embody this rather then belittle and repress this is needed here. With this process you will learn how to speak to yourself in a kind manner and will then unlock a new pattern of communication to focus on so you hold self respect for yourself.
Action Step To Take
1 Think of a time when you were particularly hard on yourself?
What words did you say to yourself?
2 Now consider the perceived weaknesses you sought to punish yourself in this situation.
How can you relate this to your aura colour? If you don’t know what you aura colour is pick the colour you think you are to use here.
3 Determine how you can change those critical words to validate yourself and show these qualities instead of shaming them. For example. “I love my ability to………”
4 Continue practising these kind words any time you feel tempted to be hard on yourself.
The communication patterns in your mind are considerably the most important ones. Creating awareness and ownership over this will help you to live in your most authentic life that you can.
