I have done the following courses light worker and Reiki Master, Genome healer, Life coaching, Neuro Linguistic programming, Matrix Therapies, and Face reading, Advanced face reading course, Domestic violence, Anger management, self esteem courses and child care training at university and have worked in a child care setting. I am using the information that i have found helpful to me to put into my blogs to help others in need who have experienced domestic violence. If you don’t love yourself and connect with your inner knowledge for truth then you will be unable to love anyone else so having a good understanding of how our chakras and auras function and why we need these be open and clear then this will help you to have a healthy, happy relationships and to see what way you need to go so that you will not be in domestic violence. Knowledge is key so the more you understand and see how it all relates to having a great happy life the better you will do. Those in domestic violence will have their heart blocked and may need to re- open their throat chakra from the abuse they have gone through or are going through. It is a good idea for you to work on all your chakras and auras so they are all open and you have a healthier life and know what to do to open these. Having a clear aura without any tears, rips, dirt, dust and entities will help you to protect yourself and keep yourself safe emotionally. Our aura’s also hold lots of our trauma’s, illnesses and  inner wounds so these all need to be cleared too so we are free from these. So i hope this information is helpful to you and allows you to have a better life without violence to feel more balanced and whole in your being. This aura is half a foot to a foot away from the physical body. It corresponds to the heart chakra. Our heart chakra and the astral body acts a fulcrum. It is the entrance to the higher levels of the physical, emotional and mental expression. Without heart love energy the passageway to the higher chakras is blocked. Without heart love energy, there is no compassion, the ability to see divinely into all that is. The astral body is to do with our feeling of love and all matters of the heart- love of partner, children, family members, animals etc. A great deal of interaction goes on between people on the Astral level. There are great bobs of colour rays of various forms that go across the room between people when communicating. When people form relationships with each other they grow cords of energy out of the chakras that then connects them to that person. These cords exist on may different levels of the auric field as well as in the astral. It can be perceived as rainbows of colours infused with pink one of the colours of the heart. The higher chakras are our gateway to knowledge or the truth of oneness, because when heart love energy is directed to the upper chakras, our psychic centres begin to open. It is a resting state our Astral body resembles our physical body but is double the size. Our astral body can shape, shift and move independently of you throughout the astral plane. Although humans function within many dimensions all at once they are usually only conscious of the physical plane during waking life. The astral plane is one level more subtle than the physical plane. It is the realm of dreams, spirits, and psychic phenomena. Those who have experienced to the astral plane describe it as a place where objects have fluid form. Shape- shifting can occur through focused thoughts, and time and space travel are them possible through concentration and visualisation. The natural laws that governs the Astral Plane relates to material of a higher frequency and a finer vibrations than those on the physical plane. Our Astral experiences includes dreams, fantasies, out of body experiences, near death experiences, hallucinations, flights of the imagination and visions. The astral body gifts us with psychic clarandience, psychometry, psychic clairvoyance and the ability to imagine. The astral body is connected to the heart chakra, which is considered to be the bridge between physical matters and spirals as well as between the physical plane and the spiritual plane. On the astral plane everything is alive and everything is connected. In the framework of this world, telepathy and clairvoyance are natural facts. Mental communication with everything that exists is possible because everything is joined in empathetic connectivity. Past and future, lives can be known because life is cyclic and time is synchronous here. The astral body is patterned to operate through connectivity and empathy. It is often tinged with rose colour of love and heart- contentedness. You can see rips, holes, tears or even distortions in the astral body. If someone has used psychiatric drugs irresponsibly this is because their astral body will have left the physical body to quickly, which results in a tear in the astral body. This can also happen if someone experiences a spiritual awakening that is way intense, or a shock that sends them rapidly into a “out of body experience.” An energy healer can mend and repair all tears, rips and holes that are found here so just reach out for help with this. The astral body is connected to the heart chakra there will be energetic cords of attachment that connect a person to others. Energetic cords are strands of energy that form a connection to someone or something other than ourselves that gives and receives energy. These cords exist beyond the confirms of time and space. The first cord here is created by our mother when we were first conceived. You can see there are cords in the astral body. If the astral body could speak it would say. “I use the heart as my compass and I can never be lost!”

Removing Old Energy Cords

There are energy cords between family members and friends these cords are the strongest cords we have attached to us. There are exercises and processes we can use to clear any old cords that we no longer need or want attached to us. Doing this will help you heal from any old relationships that you no longer have. As these cords all hold old emotional wounds from past communications. When these are cleared we are acting from a clean cleared space with no old attachments here. We can create stronger bonds to those we which to connect to and can enhance our intuitive communication so the connection is deepened for us. We choose who we love and matter to us in our life. To clear your cords work on your intimidate family first. These cords hold trauma from our past they can create a kink in our future with our manifestation when these are not cleared for us. They hold negative emotions like fear, anger and worry which we need to let go of. So we need to cut off all old cords as these all hold unresolved and low energy that is held in our body. We need to release all of this from us.

So now make a list of all old family members who you no longer want to be connected to and would like to let this energy go we can do this with love so this is healing for everyone. See the cord in your minds eye and now cut it with a knife, sword or your hand.

Now say I return your energy on this energetic cord back to you or to the creator to transform and release now and I return my energy back to me with love and light! Now fill your whole being with love energy and connect to the pillar of light from the creator and see this light pillar fill up every molecule of your body and field. This is the feel good energy here. Now see in your mind’s eye a shower of feel good energy cover you like a shower of love raining down on you. Now command all the energy in your body shift into love energy as you connect to the light and now let the light fill you up completely. Now ask the light to feel like the deepest love you have ever felt that is coming up from mother earth to ground you and balance you in every way in this energy.
