I have done the following courses light worker and Reiki Master, Genome healer, Life coaching, Neuro Linguistic programming, Matrix Therapies, and Face reading, Domestic violence, Anger management, self esteem courses and child care training at university and have worked in a child care setting. I am using the information that i have found helpful to me to put into my blogs to help others in need who have experienced domestic violence. If you don’t love yourself and connect with your inner knowledge for truth then you will be unable to love anyone else so having a good understanding of how our chakras and auras function and why we need these be open and clear then this will help you to have a healthy, happy relationships and to see what way you need to go so that you will not be in domestic violence. Knowledge is key so the more you understand and see how it all relates to having a great happy life the better you will do. Those in domestic violence will have their heart blocked and may need to re- open their throat chakra from the abuse they have gone through or are going through. It is a good idea for you to work on all your chakras and auras so they are all open and you have a healthier life and know what to do to open these. Having a clear aura without any tears, rips, dirt, dust and entities will help you to protect yourself and keep yourself safe emotionally. So i hope this information is helpful to you and allows you to have a better life without violence to feel more balanced and whole in your being. This layer is 1 to 3 inches from the physical body it corresponds to the sacral chakra that is in the body. It is associated with feelings and follows the outline of the physical body and at the same time interweaves with the surrounding bodies. It ranges in colour from bright and clear to a dark and muddy colour. This layer can contains all the colours of the rainbow. Dancers and athletes all have a particularly strong aura which then affects the condition of their physical body. All pain experienced in the body is also felt here. It can be reflected by scattered energy in this layer of the aura. In the metamorphic field is a fluid or under-field, a shape with colour and frequency. These colour rays and vibrations shift and change when our internal emotions change. It functions like a weather pattern with the aura which is often the texture of coloured clouds. The emotional body is associated with the eternal level of inner feelings and corresponds to the physical plane and the sacral chakra which is the seat of the soul and the seat of our emotions, creativity and connection to other beings. By tuning into the emotional body we get a clear picture of the impermanence and transformation that our characteristic life on earth, situations, emotions and states of being are like the water continually shifting and changing, transforming. We can no more hang on to pleasant emotions than to an unpleasant ones, our feelings are continually on the move. Insight can be gained here in the emotional body when we attach our thoughts to our emotions to create stories and scenarios for us. An emotion without a story attached is immediate and powerful, but an emotion that we then project with stories into a force then we repeat and can take us out of the present moment. The emotional body lends power to thoughts which is a effective action and way of manifestation. When we can perceive our own energy of the emotions, to learn to cultivate kindness towards other beings even the painful parts that we feel ashamed of where we feel we don’t belong or have failed. Being present with our emotions and not being weak, sticking with ourselves even when we make mistakes in our own life. If we read the emotional body we can tune in to the power of a person’s thoughts, beliefs and actions. We can see the emotions, emotional habits, collective emotions and emotions that are projected at others when we tune in to our emotional body. We can get valuable information about our views, certain emotions that are acceptable or unacceptable so we can interact with our emotions more authentically.

Refreshing And Cleansing Your Aura
There are many ways to cleanse the aura so find one that you like to use. Remember that intention is a powerful force that we can use here. We will brush down our aura with our hands to clean it and remove any dust, dirt, entities or parasites here. Start at the top of your head your crown and with your hands gently brush down both sides of your body also front and back to clean and clear the area of dirt. Move your hands outward in a gentle manner sweeping away from your body area so fresh clean energy can then enter here. You can visualise the old energy leaving your body and the new fresh, vibrant energy coming in around your body. Work your way around your shoulders and neck down your arms to your trunk area then down your legs to your feet. Clean around your chest, stomach and spine area going over this area several times as this is where the negative energy from the collective consciousness forms. You can also flick the energy out of your aura too if you wish.
Cleansing Your Home, Work And Car Space
You can also do work on your home, work and car space to cleanse it too so it is fresh and bright for you with positive happy energy. Putting things away so all is tidy and clean can make a difference too so work on this. Clean this area physically and putting fresh flowers, wash blankets, pillows, towels, put up happy pictures and music can help too, fresh air for a good boost of energy. You can use bells, healing music, binaural beats, sacred geometry, light rays to cleanse and raise the energy here too.
Strengthening Your Aura
As our thoughts have a powerful effect on our life so we can use these for our own benefit. You can mediate to do this or visualise both are very effective ways to help create this energy. Get comfortable and close your eyes and centre yourself go into your heart space. See in your mind’s eye this area open up for you and send the energy out throughout your body and then out around your aura so it forms a extra barrier of protection for you. Now take several deep breaths through your nose and down into your core letting out through your mouth slowly as you release the breath see all stale energy and thoughts leave your body. Now when your breath is in a natural calming rhythm for you. Go to the top of your head your crown area and see in your mind’s eye a gentle beam of pure white light going into your body flowing to all cells that are in your body. Every time you take a inward breath see this bright light going into your crown area of your head and going into all spaces in your body. With every outward breath see in your mind’s eye the stale, old energy and thoughts leaving your body and your aura. See in your mind’s eye the white bright light going to your chest, shoulders, arms, fingers, to your torso, spine, hips, thighs, legs and toes then leaving your body going down into the ground below you into the core of mother earth to the central fire to be transformed. See this white light going to the main seven chakras of your body filling them completely with this white light then out of your body going around you. Now see this white light going out of your body through your solar plexus area and then going around your body several times so you are in a cocoon, a bubble around you to protect you. If you like you can also use colour rays or one colour ray to form around this bubble for more protection for you. Some beings like to use a rainbow of colour rays or a golden light or silver light around them so use what colour you feel is the best for you to use here, blue green, violet, pink or yellow are good colour rays to use. See this cocoon around you now expand outward in every direction till you feel it is enough when you feel ready go back into your body centre yourself back into your heart space and then see an anchor going down into the ground from your feet chakras to ground you into mother earth. Now open your eyes when you are ready.
